18.1   These terms & conditions, together with ANSON Smart Workforce Pty Ltd terms & conditions and ANSON Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and ANSON Smart Workforce in relation to your use of this website, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this website.

 

19.0  Law and jurisdiction

19.1   This Agreement shall be governed by the law of Western Australia and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia and waive any right they may have to claim that those courts are inconvenient forums.
